Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring with department heads.

Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
2. Employee Onboarding & Training

Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Organize and oversee training & development programs.

Maintain training records and suggest skill development programs.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.

Implement employee engagement programs to improve workplace culture.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee retention data.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration

Ensure accurate payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team.

Handle salary increments, bonuses, and employee benefits programs.

Manage leaves, attendance, and performance-based incentives.
5. Compliance & HR Policies
-
Ensure company compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

Update and enforce HR policies, code of conduct, and workplace safety measures.

Maintain confidential employee records and reports.
6. Performance Management

Oversee employee performance evaluations and appraisals.

Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans.
