Job Description

Release offer letters and amendment letters.
 Verify candidate documents (Education, Experience, PAN, Aadhaar, etc.).
 Check CV and employment details against UAN/EPFO records.
 Initiate and track Background Verification (BGV).
 Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations.
 Generate onboarding links and ensure documentation completion.
 FTC-to-FTE conversion
 Coordinate with TA, HRBP, Onboarding, BGV vendors, and candidates.
 Maintain trackers and reports
 Ensure candidates are ready to join before onboarding.
Required Skills
 HR Operations / Offer knowledge.
 Document verification and compliance management.
 Good communication and stakeholder coordination.
 Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, DocuSign preferred).
 Strong attention to detail and Excel skills.
Objective
Ensure smooth, compliant, and timely offer release, documentation verification, BGV,
medical clearance
Qualifications
 Bachelor's Degree
 Knowledge of HR Operations and Documentation processes.
 Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and HR systems such as SuccessFactors and DocuSign.
