Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in managing employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
2. Support the HR team in end-to-end onboarding processes
3. Help in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs
4. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall HR operational efficiency
5. Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations using MS Excel and MS-Office
6. Handle employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
7. Handle employee compensation and benefit
