As an HR Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department and assisting in various HR functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating with various departments.
- Providing administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and training and development.
- Assisting with employee relations activities, including responding to inquiries and escalating issues as necessary.
- Supporting payroll processing by verifying timesheets, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with payroll queries.
- Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines.
- Generating reports and preparing documents as needed by the HR team.
- Contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the HR department by suggesting process enhancements and participating in projects as assigned.
