Job Location: Kota (Rajasthan)
Candidate must have the following expertise: -
- Complete knowledge of taking Interviews & its Process
- Preparing daily reports- Employee attendance, leaves, Tracking etc. Co - ordinating with employees, Handling grievances, Conduct employee on boarding and Induction
- Employee file management & documentation, provide support to employees and gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics.
- Setting up appraisal process, Performance Management, End to end life cycle management of employees
- Negotiated and amicably settled disputes entailing Background Verification (BGV) Failures, Workplace Harassment or any Termination Issues and maintained discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels
- Responsible for managing the operations seamlessly and timely SLA delivery along with maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction
- Oversee team management, set goals, carry out strategy on a day to day basis; reporting responsibilities
- To ensure team members achieve agreed standards in relation to their job assignments.
- Evaluation of operational practices and procedures, provide expertise and leadership in assigned functional area to ensure customer delivery, revenue and employee metrics
- Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives in process
- Provide advice and assistance to senior management in planning, implementation and evaluation to existing operations. systems and procedures etc.
- Proficient in MS Office .
- Good knowledge of Power point Excel and other essential tools
