HR Operations Executive
Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Operations Executive who will be the backbone of employee lifecycle management. This role focuses on onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, retention initiatives, and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding & induction for new joiners
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS
- Support performance management, appraisals, payroll management
- Coordinate with managers for attendance, discipline, and productivity tracking
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Organize festival celebrations, team-building activities, rewards & recognition
- Work on employee motivation, morale building, and retention initiatives
- Support training programs and internal communications
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll management & employee lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Statutory Compliance end-to-end handling
- Good people-handling and communication skills
- Experience in performance tracking and appraisals
- Creative mindset for engagement and team-building initiatives
- Ability to take ownership and show initiative
Preferred
- Experience in BPO / Call Center environment
- Knowledge of HRMS tools
