Job Description
Working Days: Mon-Sat (Alternate Sat Holiday)
Working Hours: 10:00 Am to 7.00 Pm
Roles & Responsibilities:-
· Taking care of onboarding/Exit, Induction, documentation etc. for successful joining of candidates at client’s place of various letters to the candidates on behalf of clients such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters & ID Cards etc.
· Coordination with clients for attendance & leave records & forward the same to the payroll team for processing.
· Interact & maintain excellent relationships with our clients employees by ensuring proactive solutions & support for all their HR related queries
· Coordinate with internal departments for any kind of support required for servicing the client successfully
· Must have basic knowledge of payroll compliances like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF etc.
· Should have handled 100+ employees
