Job Description
Being as Project Administration Associate, I used to work for PM role and
contacting customersfor projects and acquire them to collaborate with Infor.
Raising invoices behalf of customer by checking their budget for the
project needs.
Attending Meetings to resolve the client queries.
Additionally, taking the responsibility of creating the projects and
submitting the budget files to the customers.
For every month end I used to submit the customer’s invoices and if arise
any disputes and I used to raise a credit note.
Being an Operation Analyst Associate I used working for APAC region as
well with IMEA region.
If any PO (Purchase order) required, I will be creating with the help of
internal tools.
Focusing on DAILY TRANSACTION REPORTS.
Handling MIS reports and Internal and External and Ad-hoc reports.
Resolving client queries (E-Mail Management)
