Organization Building
- Coordination with HR Firms on recruitment and managing the interview process
- On-boarding new hires – completing joining formalities
- Designing organization charts, identifying hiring gaps and creating talent acquisition plans
Talent Management
- Define Reward and Recognition for all levels
- Define training calendar including drivers
- Putting HR systems, policies and procedures in place
Create HR policies and system
- Ensure compliance with government norms and HR laws
- Structuring payroll/ compensation and benefits
Payroll for all employees
- Contractor management for off-roll
- Overall Office Administration
