Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the regular HR services i.e. from headhunting on various portals to employee onboarding, performance evaluation, and exit formalities
2. Handling the payroll process and maintaining the CTC structure, leaves and attendance management, processing of statutory deductions like PF, ESIC, and TDS
3. Assisting our team in regular employee engagement activities and taking care of team members' daily operations & requirements

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 22nd May'21 and 26th Jun'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months

Additional Information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 Lac/annum
