Job Description

 
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in managing and organizing HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
2. Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers, posting job openings, and screening resumes
3. Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including new hire orientation and paperwork processing
4. Participate in employee engagement initiatives, brainstorming creative ideas, and organizing events
5. Help in compiling HR metrics and preparing reports for management review
6. Contribute to HR projects, such as policy updates and process improvements, by conducting research and providing recommendations
7. Foster effective communication within the HR team and across different departments to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in MS Excel and strong attention to detail
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
5. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
6. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
