Job description:

Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day HR operations (joining & exit formalities, documentation, etc.) MIS reporting by using MS Excel
• Coordinating with the entire employees for leaves, attendance, biometric etc.
• Managing the Monthly, Weekly & Daily Report Creating in MS-Excel
• Generating & maintaining day to day MIS Data and updating the HR Data
• Maintaining employee records through HRMS tool

Technical Skills
Extensive usage of MS Excel (Index, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table)

Total Experience: 0-1 Year
