Job Description
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
- Checking people's hours.
- Making the monthly payments on time.
- Working out tax and national insurance deductions.
- Setting up new members of staff.
- Calculating overtime.
- Issuing EPF forms (if Required)
- Managing special situations like maternity or sickness pay
- Prepare and manage payroll processes of employees. Gather all payroll related data. Review and calculate timesheets data and hours worked. Calculate salaries, wages and overtime wage sheets.
- Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard
- Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance
- Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
- The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
- Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
- Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
- Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per statutory Norm
- Proven working experience as Payroll Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
