Job Description
Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems
Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files Managing the on-boarding processes of the new employees
Operating the day-to-day operations of the human resource department
Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues
Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures, as necessary
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
Email follow-up for Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management
Provide support to employees for various topics, like Leaves, compensation, grievances etc.
Well versed with all HR functions including recruitment coordination, attendance, Payroll Processing, etc.
Creating and maintaining MIS reports.
Generating Talent letters using pre-defined templates as per requirements
Generating offer letters and validation of documents on both the stages – Pre and Post onboarding.
Cross-collaboration with our Talent Acquisition colleagues for offer generation
Focus on improvement of the employee user experience and driving a self-service model across various platforms
· Distributing offer letters and contracts to new and existing staff
· Compliance and meticulous management of all Employee administration
· Update spreadsheets systematically to track on-off boarding progress.
