Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and payroll support. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, selection)

Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and induction programs

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Handle employee queries and provide HR support across departments

Monitor and manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

Assist in performance management processes and appraisal cycles

Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR policies

Organize employee engagement activities, training, and development sessions

Draft HR documents, policies, and procedures

Support grievance handling and disciplinary actions where necessary

Liaise with external partners (e.g., insurance vendors, recruiters)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred)

0-1 years of experience in a similar HR role

Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools

Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity

Experience with HR software (Zoho People, Keka, SAP, etc.)

Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration

Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus
