About the Role:
Pheme Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter / Executive to help meet our growing hiring needs. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and confident in achieving performance targets. The company offers two earning options: a fixed salary model or a flexible, performance-based salary model.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Understand hiring requirements from department heads or management

Create and post job openings on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and company website

Source candidates through databases, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting

Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews

Coordinate interviews with department leads and follow up with candidates

Maintain a candidate pipeline for various open roles
2. Interview Process Management

Schedule interviews and communicate effectively with candidates

Ensure smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle

Provide interview feedback to candidates in a timely and respectful manner

Maintain records of candidate status and interview outcomes in tracking systems (Excel or ATS)
3. Onboarding and Documentation

Assist in offer letter generation, joining formalities, and documentation

Welcome new joiners and ensure smooth onboarding experience

Maintain updated records of employee documents and personal information

Explain HR policies, rules, and code of conduct to new employees
4. HR Operations Support

Maintain and update employee database, leave records, and attendance reports
-
Support HR Manager in payroll processing by collecting attendance and leave inputs

Handle queries related to HR policies, leaves, and company benefits

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data and employee information
5. Employee Engagement

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives such as events, birthday celebrations, training sessions, and team-building activities

Conduct feedback sessions and exit interviews as needed

Help build a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Key Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills:

Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus

Basic understanding of employment laws and HR processes
