Job Title: HR Recruiter - Fresher
Location: Zirakpur (Nearby Chandigarh)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Day Shift)

Qualifications:

Any Graduate/ Post graduate.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter - Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various job roles. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source candidates using job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

2. Interview & Selection Process

Schedule and conduct HR interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Maintain a candidate database and track hiring progress.
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.

3. Job Posting & Employer Branding

Create and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Promote job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other portals.
Enhance the company’s employer branding through social media engagement.

4. HR Operations Support

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in training and development initiatives.
Support HR activities like employee engagement, payroll coordination, and policy implementation.
