Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, has strong communication skills, and is eager to begin or build a career in Human Resources. Freshers with a keen interest in recruitment are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:-
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and track application statuses.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Draft and post job advertisements.

Support onboarding processes for new hires.

Handle basic HR documentation and record-keeping.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree (any stream) or MBA (preferred in HR or related field).
