Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Dealing with other construction based companies as a corporate relations /public relations professional
Building the relations with clients and helping them to find exact match for their job requirements
Check for the requirements by client and understand it properly
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Sharing the shortlisted profiles to the client and conduct regular follow up with the clients till the fulfillment of their requirement.
Closing of open positions efficiently.
Creating database of qualified candidates in advance for future job requirement from clients.

QUALIFICATION:-

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0.2 to 1 year of recruiting experience must
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable making decisions independently
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
