End to End recruitment for IT position from sourcing candidates to onboarding ensuring
smooth candidate experience.
• Having experience in coordinating with SPOC and Clients for gathering new requirement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job openings and understand technical
requirements.
• Effectively managed applicant pipelines, giving clients and candidates frequent updates
and feedback along the hiring process.
• Utilized sophisticated sourcing strategies, such as social media outreach and Boolean
searches, to find qualified applicants for specialized IT positions.
• Maintained an applicant tracking system, found possible candidates through LinkedIn
Recruiter, Naukri, and employee recommendations, and matched positions with
qualified people.
• Having experience on various ATS portals like Ripplehire,
SuccessFactor,SmartRecruit etc.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate-client interactions.
• Utilized Naukri portal to post job openings and sending Nvites.
• I worked on various position like Java,Dotnet,DevOps,Data Engineer,QA,SDET,Cyber
security etc.
• Specialized in management of Sourcing and end to end recruitment (IT and
Non-IT) activities such as strategic sourcing, screening, negotiation.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media,
networking portals etc. Conducting interviews and Filtering candidatesfor
open positions.
• Worked closely with defined business areas to understand their requirements
and Talent Acquisition needs (taking in-depth job briefing and building robust
consistent job specifications with agreed competencies and indicators).
• Engaged shortlisted candidates to have successful onboarding. -Built excellent
working relationships with manager.
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
• Sourced candidates using various platforms, including
• LinkedIn,Naukri.com, Head Hunt, References.
• Cold Calling, Interviewing, Pre and Post Offer Follow up,
etc.
• Assist in documentation process of candidates.
