HR Recruiter Training + Internship
An HR Recruiter Intern plays an important role in supporting the talent acquisition and recruitment process of an organization. This internship is designed to provide hands-on training and practical exposure to recruitment strategies, human resource operations, and employee engagement activities.
The role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or aspiring HR professionals who wish to gain real-world experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and HR coordination. Under the guidance of senior HR professionals, interns will learn end-to-end recruitment processes, work with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and interact with candidates to understand the dynamics of HR and hiring.
