Job Description
Assist in posting job openings on job boards, company website, and social media.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview logistics.

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Participate in recruitment campaigns and career fairs (virtual or in-person).

Assist in drafting offer letters and onboarding documentation.

Support HR projects related to employer branding, diversity hiring, or employee engagement.
