Job Description
1. Demonstrates the use of multiple channels in sourcing by attracting candidates through networking, sourcing, direct approach, referrals, university relations, etc.
2. Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
3. Should have good communication skills.
4. Manage End to End recruitment cycle starting with Sourcing, Screening & qualifying potential candidates with assessment of interest, co-coordinating the interview with the panel, Salary negotiation.
5. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants ability
6. Responsible for organizing and conducting interview.
