Job Summary:

Candidate must have knowledge about all the hiring portals Naukri, Monstar, indeed and linked in.

Should have knowledge in bulk hiring.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Sourcing the Candidates Profiles based on Requirements

Screening CVs to match Companies requirements in terms of profile and skill sets.

Detail understanding of skill sets and pre screening of the candidate before setting up interview.

Scheduling emailing/telephonic/final interviews with Company HR Managers and follow up on the feedback.

Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements.
