- Monitoring company expenses
- Amendment in Company (HR) policy
- Conduct training for franchise people & frequently visit franchise
- Dispatch promotional stuff to franchise
- Come up with new ideas which affects the company growth
- Project Management
- Client Communication
- Monitoring employee's daily activities and reporting to Director.
- Opening filling up Nominations forms like PF, ESIC, Employment Forms, etc. Management Information System.
- Maintenance & updating of Employees Personnel as well as Professional Database.
- Maintains good relationship with nurses and doctors as well as develops contacts with people in the medical world
- Educates the advantages of healthcare product of the organization to doctors and other medical professionals
- Organize conferences and studies data to describe new products and develop sales approach
- Maintains up to date knowledge on latest development in the field of medicine
- Sells medical products and performs other tasks as required
