- Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview
- Building relationships with employers and job seekers
- Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed
- Keeping records and negotiating fees
- End To End recruitment process conducting
- Regular follow ups with candidates
- Good communication skills.
