Responsibilities Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting a job description and getting it approved from the concerned person. Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills. Encouraging the employees to provide reference for better prospects. Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates. Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates. Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidatesDesired Candidate Profile Quick learner and ability to think fast on your feet Team player (we work close with each other to help get the work covered) Independent and motivated without much supervision Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint Both Graduates and Post Graduates are welcome. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proffered Graduates (Percentage No bar, Backlogs no bar) .Experience: 0- 6monthsCTC 1.2LPA to 1.8LPAFemale candidates only
