Job Description
HR Recruiter:
- We are looking for a Candidates for the post of HR Recruiter –Sourcing.
- I'm looking for Smart & intellectual Recruiter, to recruit BPO kind of Candidates.
- Minimum 1 yr Experience in Recruitment i,e sourcing
- Flexible in shifts
- Self Motivate
- Required 30 Joiners in a month + extra Incentives will be given.
- 6 days working
- Understand the Organization Job Vacancies &Job requirement and based on that Recruit the candidates.
- First level of Sourcing, Screening & scheduling Interview
- Check the Recruitment Status every day and fill the Batches based on Operation Dept. Requirements.
- Taking first round of Interview and giving awareness about the nature of the Job.
- Salary: Up to 30k per Month depending on your caliber
