- Position-HR Recruiter (IT &NON IT)

- Responsible for full cycle recruiting process for all direct/contract hire opportunities
- Sourced / screened candidates for leading industry, and consulting firms
- Created and posted job descriptions on the internet and company website
- Worked closely with onsite co-workers and several in-house locations to ensure client needs were met
- Conducted behavioral and skill interviews
- Screened and interviewed sourced and referred candidates
- Participated in salary negotiations and start dates for new hires
- Ensured appropriate compensation at market level for potential candidates
- Maintained candidate and client database
- Presented qualified candidates based upon clients strict requirements
