Job Description:

• Understanding the Recruitment Business and getting aligned

• Understanding Client Business and Requirements

• Sourcing Profiles Form Job Portals, Social Media, etc.

• Evaluating Profiles and interviewing candidates for the said Requirements

• Scheduling candidates for interview, follow-up, documentation.

• Vendor Management.

• Generating daily MIS and reporting to Management.
