a) Connect with potential hires everyday by making assigned number of calls to leadsb) Ensure good line-up on all drive daysc) Ensure maintenance of CRM according to company policyd) Follow-up with candidates to ensure selected candidates join

a) Only BA/BBA/BCom freshersb) Good communication skillsc) People skills and selling skillsd) Discipline and eager to learn
