- Graduate or Post graduate in HR domain
- Excellent communication skills

- Call/Mail candidates from a database provided
- Line up candidates for assessments and interviews
- Schedule assessments and interviews for the candidates
- Communicate assessment/interview results and issue offer letters
- Liaise with customers for Deployment
- Coordinate internally for assessment and interview events
- Generate and publish periodic reports
