Job Description:

The job of a recruiter is to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT /Non IT positions;
The recruiter also reviews, re formats and presents resumes to hiring managers. These are some of the duties and requirements of a recruiter.
Should have good experience in job posting, sourcing through online Job portals ( Naukri, Freshersworld, Monster)
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
Responsible for creating recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
Work closely with Hiring to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions within Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
