- Expert in IT recruitment.
- Expert in the areas of Sourcing, Screening, Negotiation, Convincing, and Scheduling, End to End recruitment.
- Experience in Domestic recruitment.
- Experience on IT Product, Services, Ecommerce & startup companies
- Strong experience in utilising multiple channels such as Monster, Naukri, Linkedin, Networking, Employee referrals for sourcing.
- Should have strong experience over client management.
- Team handling experience.
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Possess a flexible & detail oriented attitude and team planner.
- Conducting the initial screening of candidates on the first call & processing the profile to the client.
- Follow up to the candidate on time before & after interviews.
- Should Maintain & updated Daily, Weekly and Monthly Offer and Joiner Report of the team to provide timely information to the management.
