- Experience :The ideal candidate should have 2 - 4 years of relevant experience BPO hiring with all module and talent pool, Have exp of 30 to 50 candidates hiring in a month.

- Person should be ready to reallocation in any south India location(Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala)
- Person should be ready to Travel
