Job Description:
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates through social media, Job Portals (Naukri ,Indeed & Quikr Jobs) and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn etc.)
- Screening of resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, in-person)
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Sound knowledge on HRMIS & ATS.
