Job Description

1) Candidate Responsible for End to End Recruitment Life Cycle

2) Interact with the client to understand their requirements more specifically
3) Sourcing, screening, short-listing & arranging interviews through various portal, referrals, Internet & database searches, job postings.

4) Understanding the Client's requirement with regards to skills, position, experience, location, roles & responsibilities

5) Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding / joining at the client site
