Job Description

Sourcing and Screening Of candidates.
Responsible for End to End recruitment.
Candidate should have good communication skills with positive attitude.
Should be target oriented and have the ability to handle various tasks.
Should have the ability to work in a team and individual.
Optimal use of different sources like job portals, networking, cold-calling, Headhunting etc.
Initial screening and short-listing of candidates to match client requirements in terms of Skills, Communication, Experience, and Education.
Coordinating with Client & candidates for a smooth flow of selection process (Interviews/ test / and other rounds).
Once offered a follow-up with them to ensure joining.
Must be smart and dedicated to work.
