Job Description
- Handling the Permanent/contractual staffing.
- Responsible for end to end delivery of requirements within the committed timelines.
- Searching/sourcing potential candidates from the various sources viz. Job Portals like ( Monster, Naukri.com etc.), database, referrals, networking, job posting etc.
- Understanding companies requirement on technical grounds.
- Duplication of the profiles.
- Briefing requirement specifications to the candidates, conducting initial screening in order to judge the candidate's suitability and evaluating candidates on their communication skills, validating the candidates' interest on the requirement.
- Coordinating with the candidates, technical interviewers for direct or telephonic interviews for short listed candidates.
- Negotiating the Salary according to Company Standards.
- Scheduling the interviews i.e. coordinating both with the candidates and the hiring managers.
- Offer discussion and joining formalities.
- Selection and making offers, till the offered candidates get on the board.
- Follow up till closure and post closure follow up.
- Handling and Maintenance of Database
