- End to end recruitment and general HR.
- Understanding client requirements.
- Planning and prioritizing the recruitment.
- Maintaining database of all the candidates,shortlisted,interview,offered,and declined.
- Responsible to collate and prepare daily and weekly reports of complete interview process along with pipelines data, joiners data, and submission data.
