Handling End to End Recruitment Process (Internal and External)
Using networking, head hunting, job posting and job portals to search candidates
Sourcing of relevant candidates through, Job Portals, networking and references
Screening and short-listing of CV’s, Interview Scheduling.
Shortlisted candidates and all follow-up actions there after till the closing of the position
Sourcing, Screening, short listing, networking, reference etc
Mailing & calling candidates regarding openings.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
