Job Description
- We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience or without experience.
- Job Location : Hyderabad ( 6 Months Training in Chennai )
- Experience : 0 – 1yr
- Education : Any graduate
- Salary : 8000 to 12000
- Work Timing : 10 AM to 7 PM
- We are looking for Immediate Joiners
- Excellent Communication in English is must.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Candidates until they join.
- Efficient vendor management skills
- Candidate must possess good listening skills, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill, Quick learner and Team working ability
