- Social Networking websites, Head hunting etc. client requirements.
- Scheduling interviews for relevant candidates and follow up till the date of joining.
- Manage client and candidate co-ordination and Maintain database.
- Maintain recruitment database MIS and reports for hiring Handling and Internal Recruiters
- Vendor management for all recruitment activities.
- Responsible for co-ordinating and facilitation of training activities for employees internal & external.
- Maintaining Training database and MIS.
- Coordination with Team Heads and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
