Responsible for End-to-End recruitment cycle: Sourcing the candidates, screening them, interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding all the way till closure.

Handling recruitment for Freshers, Mid and Senior level positions.

Should understand and analyze the requirement and plan strategic recruitment in a fast-paced environment. 

Sourcing and Screening of CV's through various Sources, job-portals, social networking sites etc.,

Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.

Conduct initial HR Screening(Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc.

Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting(quality of submission) into interview and placement.

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process and successfully onboard candidates and help them understand the work culture.

Build great working relationships with org leaders and internal teams within the organization. 

Contribute to other internal  and external HR activities as and when required.
