Job Description
- Looking for recruitment Executive, handling end to end recruitment process.
- Responsible for handling entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, short listing, scheduling interviews, documentation, visa processing, till the departure of the candidates.
- Maintaining candidates Data Base and providing resumes to various departments based on requirements
- Management of Visas of various countries
- Handling multiple recruitment channels like sub associates, job portals and advertisements.
- Organising client Direct Interviews and handling entire process of the interview.
- Handling Walk In candidates, assessing their documents and processing it for suitable job requirements.
- Meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Preparing MIS reports for the Management.
