- Handling end to end recruitment for various industries such as BFSI, ITES, BPO etc.
- Handling recruitment for various verticals of F&A, IT and Non IT requirements
- Understanding the need of the requirement given by the client and making necessary research which will enhance my sourcing skills
- Sourcing from various job portals, social networking sites, internal database etc to fulfil the recruitment need across India.
- Screening and scheduling candidates for interviews, weekend drives etc
- Assisting selected candidates with various processes such as BGV, joining formalities till date of joining, grievance handling etc.
