Owned full-cycle recruiting - Based on client requirement- Analyze & Understanding JD-skill set - Sending Bulk Mail from Portal, Souring - Screening- Shortlisting- Interviewing- Scheduling interview based on Client and candidate timings and fixing the interviews – handling good relation with till to joining date.
Handle Recruitment Cycle for experienced professional hiring- junior to Senior Level fulfilling the multiple domain requirements.
Having expertise giving the training for fresher’s end to end recruitment process.
Searching resumes through Portals, internal databases, promoting internal reference hiring and external entities like Boolean searches, Mass Mailing through job boards, Job Posting, LinkedIn searches. Capable of excellent skills for using MS word, Outlook and other PC tools.
Taking candidate’s availability and scheduling interviews as per the client needs. Compensation negotiations and rolling out offer.
Responsible for tracking the offered Candidates until Joins the Organization.
Maintaining the Trackers & Reports of the Candidates
