- Shift Timings : 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Mon-Fri), Sat & Sun are fixed off
- Exp : - 1-4 Year
- Expertise in using various sourcing methods including traditional job boards, social media, networking, web-mining, and cold-calling.
- High level understanding and screening capability in various technologies
- Positive attitude to thrive in an aggressive and highly competitive environment.
- Demonstrated ability in hiring candidates across geographies within the US
- Ability to work on multiple requirements and source quality profiles.
- Self-motivated, passionate recruiter with hands on experience in IT Technical Recruiting for US staffing Market.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to process compliance and sustained achievement of goals.
- 5 days a week with no variable shifts.
- Lively Team Environment.
- Saturday and Sunday Fixed off.
- All US Business Holidays are provided.
- Excellent Salary for the right candidate.

- BPO experience would be preferrable.
- Good written and oral communication skills
