Job Profile:

Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes for shared job specs.
Interview coordination.
Follow up till the candidate comes on board.
Assist the reporting manager in HR-related tasks.

Desired candidate profile:

Experience in sourcing, screening candidates.
Should have knowledge of sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
Experience in IT - Non IT hiring pref.
Good communication skills (Written & Verbal Both)
