Job Description
- Should be capable of handling end to end recruitment cycle.
- Should have good skills to take care of sourcing, screening, short listing, head hunting, referencing,
- Job portal handling etc .
- Effective coordination with candidates through mail and phone.
- Capable of close monitoring & maintaining regular follow up for the offers, joining and closures.
- Maintaining MIS and submitting daily status report & updating at the end of the day about the requirements served and the status.
- Have experience in handling independent responsibility of the positions assigned.
- Achieving the monthly revenue targets assigned.
- Well presented with a positive, proactive and professional approach.
- Sense of responsibility and integrity.
